The apartment was built in a volcanic area, as can be seen in the lava flow that gives identity to the interior of the house, and that makes its users, feel that they live inside the volcano itself.

The house, recently renovated, has a double bed and a sofa bed, kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, a complete set of kitchenware and a washing machine area and an outside drying rack. It has a large dining room and spacious bathroom, with a newly remodeled shower room.

Ideal for teleworking, Casa Ico has an unbeatable internet connection (600-megabyte fiber), as well as a 50″ smart TV with Netflix and other paid channels that can be used, with the account of the person, who stays in the vacation home.

The exterior is made up of two large private terraces with a BBQ area and solarium, as well as a unique environment where you can see all the volcanic lava along with several fig trees and other plants and trees endemic to the place, as well as a small orchard that gives fresh products in season.

Villa Ico is designed to be enjoyed as a couple, although it has a sofa bed that can be used if you come with children.

The area is ideal for nature lovers, as it offers a large number of excursions through the protected landscape of La Geria, as well as little-used roads for lovers of cycling (in the BBQ area there is a small bicycle repair shop).

Your hosts, Fátima and Dani, are great connoisseurs of the place and can advise people who arrive at Casa Ico, about which excursions can be made, as well as any other type of information about the island. They live in the same area as lanzarote apartment, Villa Ico, in case of any problem, they are two minutes from the house to solve it.

Casa Ico also has a large free parking area. Its location is unbeatable, in the center of the island of Lanzarote, just 15 minutes from the airport and the beaches of Puerto del Carmen, Famara and Costa Teguise, as well as the commercial area of Lanzarote, where you can make all kinds of purchases.
